Return Policy and Shipping Guidelines
- There are no cash or credit refunds for merchandise purchased through krazeapparel.com, only exchanges. Merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of your invoice.
- All merchandise are subject to inspection before issuing an exchange.
- Shipping charges for exchanges will be at the customer’s expense unless the item received was a shipping error on our part. Please include your invoice number and contact information with a detailed description of why you are exchanging your merchandise.
- Shipping and handling charges are based on USPS rates. Delivery times may vary. For any delays to your order, you will be notified by email.
- US Priority mail is used for all purchases and exchanges. For mainland and international orders/exchanges, please allow more time.
