There are no cash or credit refunds for merchandise purchased through krazeapparel.com, only exchanges. Merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of your invoice.
All merchandise are subject to inspection before issuing an exchange.
Shipping charges for exchanges will be at the customer’s expense unless the item received was a shipping error on our part. Please include your invoice number and contact information with a detailed description of why you are exchanging your merchandise.
Shipping and handling charges are based on USPS rates. Delivery times may vary. For any delays to your order, you will be notified by email.
US Priority mail is used for all purchases and exchanges. For mainland and international orders/exchanges, please allow more time.
